Why are GEMINI's SO COMPLICATED?

I have met a gemini guy and we have a lot of feelings for each other. He cares about me a lot, and says that I have a lot of qualities that he looks for like my intellect, sense of humor, and the fact that I am so ambitous! since we have been together from day 1 we have gelled like best friends and lovers. But he says he not in the frame of mind for a relationship right now at this moment in time. I know he cares for me as we have been through A LOT together and says he thinks a lot of me. but cannot be in a relationship with anyone right now. He wont be intimate with me as he cant give what I want right now but cares for me and I dont have to question that as we have been through a lot.

We recently had a big drama/arguement for the 1st time ever and everything came out about how we feel etc. I told him that I didnt think that we could mend this and he said that he wants to sort things out and that he does have feelings for me. He wants to sort things out and be friends for now??

I dont know whether to just move on and still be friends but unavaliable or stay close friends? I dont know whether to act uninterested and talk to him or cutt him off all together. I know he likes me, but I just dont know what to do?
