What does this mean? What is it used for? Just for fun?
Answers:
To my knowledge, it doesn't mean anything, apart from adolescents wanting to know when they are such-and-a-half year old, so they can at least say they're *older* than such age...
Interesting fact; Bono's birthday is my half-birthday, and he's the only person I look up to.
