Answers: As has already been said "I'm Blue" and "Scatman" are probably what you are looking for.

Another one from the mid to late 90s (I think) is "Cotton Eye Joe" by the Rednex. Pretty silly songs with catchy tunes.

"Mambo #5" is good too but probably moving more away from the rodeo theme. Scatman's World - by John Scatman.
