Question: I am studying diploma in 3d animation, how can i develop my skills to get job in big industries like pixar!?

Studios like Pixar don't look at what school you come from and what degree you have, they look at what you can do: your demo reel!. The recipe: work very very hard and do an awesome demo reel!.
Now to get better in animation, you should look at both 2D and 3D animation!. also, imagination is a great skill!.
I would also spend time observing people around me and see how they behave, look at their facial expressions!.
Study the face, it conveys over 80% of the expression of the character!.
Spend more time drawing than in front of a computer!.

You want to know how to get a 3-D job with Pixar!? Study 2-D instead!. Pixar like 2-D artists better because most 3-D students tend to let the computer do too much animating for them (this is where a lot of those yucky "floaty" characters come from as well as when they slide around)!. With 2-D, any movement is pure animator!. Pixar (and other really successful 3-D studios) would rather hire a good animator and teach them the software than to hire a good software user and teach them to be a good animator!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
