I'm not too sure what it means either. I suggest you look at the English lyrics for ROCKS. You can interpret it if you read the lyrics maybe. I think that "I wanna ROCKS" means that the person wants to fight or something along those lines. "Mune ni ROCKS" means "In the heart ROCKS". So maybe the person wants to fight in the heart..? :)
