It actually depends on how difficult the top 3 espadas along with the 3 former captains will be for the remaining captains of Soul Society along with some lieutanents. If they are difficult, then the characters you mentioned will obviously help. IF not, then maybe later or never. For instance, if the top 3 espadas happen to be Vasto Lorde espadas, then that would be enough of a reason to get the others involved. However, we do this, Urahara will most likely fight Yammi, espada 10 since they had a score to settle with one another. Who knows, anything can happen in this series.
i think the ex-captains will help in the battle. As for the vizards, i think thats another arc in the making.
i think that the ex-captains will fight, of course, they fought during the first attacks from the arrancars, i kind of have a strong felling that Ryūken Ishida will join the fight too but i can be totally wrong on that one
as for the vizards, that is completely up in the air because during that first attacks only Shinji Hirako helped and that was only because Ichigo and Rukia were getting beat, i think that they just might join the fight, at least Shinji Hirako
