Question: Okay 386 was pretty good ! But I 'm confused can you answer these questions ?
1. Was Itachi acting crazy just a genjutsu ?
2. So Madara Uchiha went blind once and took his brother's eyes thus getting mangekyo sharingan ?
3. Did Madara and his brother both have mangekyo ?
4. So Itachi doesn't want Sasuke's eyes ?
5. Is Madara alive or not or his he just trapped somewhere ?

1. The crazy Itachi was the REAL Itachi as he states "You just saw the real me for a moment, right?"
2. Madara killed his best friend (unknown) and obtained his mangekyou. The price for the mangekyou is eventually losing your sight. Madara had almost lost his sight when he killed his brother (stole his eyes). You don't have to necessarily steal your brother's eyes to have a permanent mangekyou, you just need to kill them. Madara achieved a permanent mangekyou sharingan.
3. Madara and his brother both killed their best friends and achieved the mangekyou.
4. Itachi wants to surpass Madara (I dunno why) and to do so he has to achieve a permanent mangekyou sharingan. The only way to do this is to kill his brother, Sasuke.
5. Madara is alive, he is in Akatsuki, his name (more commonly known) is Tobi. There is a hole in Tobi's mask and that is where he sees through, using his sharingan.

5. Madara = Tobi (at least we can safely assume it, although we are yet to know his real face behind the mask). Tobi is confronting Naruto and Team Konoha now.

1. yes it's genjutsu - itachi reveal to sasuke what he wanted to do
2. he blinde because of mangekyou sahringan n took his brother's eyes n got the new sharingan (the highest level one)
3. yes, they both has mangekyou sharingan
4. i think he still need sasuke's eyes beause he wanted to defeat madara
5. it been said before that tobi claim himself as uchiha madara, i think madara put a mask n become tobi to cover his identity

1. no he's just like that he let sasuke live so that he (sasuke) could get stronger and wait to get the right moment to take his eyes
