Why doesn't Bruce Wayne just wear powered armor?!
Question: Like Steel or Iron Man. Or at least Make A Batman Beyond suit. He has the technology, right. It would make life so much easier. I know he's crazy, and secretly wants the Joker and all them to escape, so he has something to do, but if he were to have a powered exoskeleton he can face off against people like Metallo, Baine, and Deathstroke with ease.

um he does its bullet proof and its very hard.
Because batman isnt a superhero like superman or spiderman. He's just a man who helps with the crime. He's a hero but does not have super powers.
No, he's afraid of bruising Robin when he bones him.
But what would be the fun of having a superhero that is so powerful that he can easily destroy all his enemies at no cost to himself?

I think when the Writer of Batman penned it, no one ha come up with hi tech armor. But then all I know is what I have seen on TV, I never read a comic book in my life.
The problem is that most of his ability is physical - yes he uses a lot of gadgets to gain an "edge" but most of the time he simply outclasses his enemies physically, which requires him to have ease of movement and body awareness that wearing armor or a super suit would impede. When he is up against enemies where he knows that perfectly honed reflexes are not so critical, he has been known to use powered armor.
But for Batman to have such a thing would be to reduce the potency of his character. Batman would be just another ho-hum superhero who has to rely on his magic/technology/otherworldly power to get him through a rough situation.
No, Batman is too good for that. He wins, consistently, because he is smarter, craftier, and better prepared than the guys who rely on their external power (coughSupermancoughcough). Batman comics, particularly the graphic novels, would not be half as interesting if Batman was able to just insta-win all his problems.
Of course, that answers the question from a writer's perspective. Why wouldn't the Batman character, assuming free will, just make a suit for himself? Probably because he believes that the only true edge he has over others is that he's smarter, craftier, and better prepared. He doesn't need a crutch to get him through or win his fights for him. Read some of his books or comics and you'll see Bruce Wayne's insurmountable ego/pride/confidence/whatever.
His suit is made of reinforced kevlar.
well where it shows his abs that is bullet proof and his suit is full of stuff like his mask has a built in microphone.

Batman is not a superhero. He's a vigilante. So besides being bad-@$$, he has to be really fast, agile, and be able to elude the good guys as much as the bad guys.

He does, I think, When Joker Shot him in Batman. But then, I never actually watched the whole movie.
If Batman wore a suit of armor (which is a movie notion, not supported by very many of the thousands of comic books stories featuring Batman that have been published since 1939) that had a built-in power supply, an improved exoskeleton system, and so on, he may as well be Iron Man. Batman fans may also be Iron Man fans, but they aren't going to want to read Batman stories in which he comes off like Iron Man.
You're trying to apply logic to fantasy literature, which is a foolish thing to do, since you aren't going to find many characters who first appearing in comic books who operate under conditions where logic applies.
I guess the problem is that, Batman is too well defined as a custome wearing detective who done solving crimes using only his own body.
That's why they created something like Batman Beyond, as an upgrade to Batman but in the same time don't disturb much on the originial Batman.
Though they did once did a Batman wearing powered armor (BatBot) story in one episode of "The Batman", it's more bulky than the Batman Beyond suit and the story was potrayed more as a power struggle.
In another "The Batman" episode, it deals with Batman using a jet backpack to fight a criminal using a jet backpack.
Anyway. Powered Armor surely will beat any Batmobile during a traffic jam, especially if it can fly.
