No one, Goku may be physically stronger, and much faster but the only thing that can kill Superman is kryptonite so he'd never die. If Superman was able to get Goku into space he'd win, even at SS4 they need oxygen to breathe. But as stated since Goku's so fast, its not possible for Superman to keep up.
