So, basically, she got over her crush on Superman and fell truly in love with Clark, but she now accepts that they're the same person.
She was originally attracted to Superman! That's because she was a news reporter and impressed with his superhero status! In time, Lois eventually learned to appreciate Clark Kent. That's mostly because he was a colleague of hers. She was somewhat two faced in the series and movies regarding them.
