I think his first CD is probably the cleanest. Its called Harmful If Swallowed.
But in all seriousness, none of them are totally clean, if you're parents get that freaked out by cussing and sex, then they shouldn't have given you permission to get one of his CD's in the first place. If they end up needing extra persuasion, I'm pretty sure Harmful If Swallowed has a censored version with the cusswords bleeped out and stuff, or it might be like that by default... One of those two.

I doubt you'll ever find a comedian that doesn't swear (especially while buying a cd of theirs). If it doesn't have the black and white label "warning" than you could be in luck but if you like Dane Cook than buy his cd anyway. What mom and dad doesn't know won't hurt them. I'm a Sam Kinison fan and he not only swears a lot but he screams! (check him out on youtube) if you're that desperate than download his cd off limewire (I don't advocate illegal downloading but in your case you might not have much of a choice).
