and also can anybody tell me what they fell out about
cause i heard they had a main falling out?

Edie died first and No, they weren't friends when she died, I'm not completely sure why they fell out but people where telling her to leave Andy to become a "real" star or something along those lines. Andy met Edie at a party and he took to her right away and they began hanging out on a regular basis at "the factory". Andy used her in tons of his short films and called her his superstar. But one day they began to fall apart and they weren't friends anymore.....Andy was also falsely accused of throwing Edie into drug addiction and anorexia but she was messed up way before they met each other.
And I'm taking a guess on the quote and saying Andy meant that she was fascinating because of her problems, its not like Andy had the best childhood or anything when he grew up, so he probably related to her and found her fascinating.
