Can anyone name this 80's/90's TV show?!
Question: Can anyone name this 80's/90's TV show!?
Back when I a kid, I remember watching a children's television show involving a recurring character who is pretty much a floating head with a pink flat-top haircut (that looked plastic), sunglasses, and MAYBE a cleft chin!. If I recall correctly, he also had the tendency to repeat syllables a la Willy Loman 3000 from Jimmy Neutron!. Anyone know the name!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
