Yeah, when I heard that today, I was like "you got to be kidding me"!?!?!?!?!? That just doesn't make sense at all!. I understand that he could have seen the bag before the flooding happened, but you are telling me that he seen the bag in Aug!., reported it three times and never once looked in it!.!.!.!.why only now did he pick the bag up!? yes i do!.!.when he found the bag why didn't he stay there and show the cops where it was at,,he left,,and i wonder how the bag got so close to the road,just like someone just threw it out the window,if he knew this for months i would have stayed there and showed the cops,seems weird he didn't wont to get involved,,somethings up there,,how come he is the only one that seen the evidence 2 or 3 times and no one else did,,Www@Enter-QA@Com
From what I understand he reported it to 3 different cops, over a period of time, after growning impatient that no one was doing anything about it the first, then the second time he called!.

The whole thing is so very sad!. I will never understand how anyone could brutally murder a child!. In this case it's extremely sad because Casey could easily have given custody of Cailee to someone who would truly have loved this poor little girl!. It just breaks my heart!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
