Question: Prison Break season 3 Sona, Why did The Company want James Whistler!?
I am just confused now, because the Company got Susan to try so hard to get whistler out of Sona , to what to kill him!? Should of paid someone to kill him in there!. Anyhow they didn't need Whistler because of the bird book, I believe the bird book was a a path way through GATE to get to Scylla , but the hell The company Had Scylla all along, they even wanted to move it! WTF this is way to confusing lol, I didn't put much thought into it, because it was getting good, but I was thinking to myself last night, wait a min the Company had Scylla all along so what the hell Was Season 3 about lol!Www@Enter-QA@Com

The Company needed Whistler because he had been in contact with Jason Leif before he got sent to Sona!. Jason Leif had somehow gotten a hold of one of the Scylla cards (I don't believe it was ever mentioned how)!. Anyways, Whistler was in the process of dealing with Jason to buy the card before he went to prison, so the Company had to break him out to finish the transaction and buy the card back!. During the deal Whistler shot Jason instead of paying for it!.
It was also revealed that Whistler was actually a spy for Homeland Security that was trying to take down the Company which was why he also had the bird book with the information about how to get through Gate!. Anyways, Whistler copied the Scylla card and gave the copy to the Company, so when the General found out about the copied card he ordered Wyatt (his assassin) to kill Whistler!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I remember vaguely a time when that charter trip was important then I guess the writers dropped the story or something!.
