Question: WHY has a user called "RIGGS" IN this section ,!?
BLOCKED ME!.
i have done absolutely nothing to him/her!.
so why cant i answer his/her questions,ive seen numerous other questions regarding this sort of thing on yahoo,when others have been blocked by users,what is it!? are they the main users on here that can decide who answers who,or what,is this RIGGS user part of yahoo or what,how come he/she can stop me answering him or her!.
