Has anyone knw what this series call?!

i seen it on Thursday i don't knw if this is from channel 9 or ten, but it was about black guy that was kidnapping the black kid and murdering them cause of what someone did to him when he was young (i think they cut his finger cause he wasn't listening to his teacher) i think!. then at the end he cut his own throat and kill himself!.
