& if you go to itv!.com there is a player there too!.
If you want to watch programmes from channel 4 or E4 you can download 4od (4 on demand) to your laptop/computer!.

I think five has an on-demand service www!.five!.tv, channel 4 has 4od and the catch-up service - visit www!.channel4!.com for more information, ITV has the 30 day catch up service, which you can access by going on www!.itv!.com and bbc has the iplayer www!.bbc!.co!.uk/iplayerWww@Enter-QA@Com
