The outside scenes are filmed in a small village near Guisley, but most of it is filmed in the studios in Leeds!.

No, Emmerdale does not exist!. It is a custom made set!. I don't know exactly where it is filmed, somewhere in west yorkshire!.
Try going on holiday to west yorkshire, although i'm from west yorkshire and it's not that great!!
