Heroes is a great drama for you to watch!. I would also recommend Fringe, seeing that you are a fan of House, that deals with x-files type of crimes; very interesting!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I haven't seen True Blood or the Wire so I would recommend seeing Heroes!. It's a pretty good show, granted it gets a little frustrating and confusing at times, but it is pretty original and I like it alot!.
Fringe is okay, it's the type of show where you either like it or you don't, so I would check it out if you are in to x-files type shows!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Fringe or True Blood would be you're best bet!. True Blood would have to be more like Charmed with weird romance and Fringe is more scientific (hospital like)!. But you also need to try to figure the big picture!. I love them both!Www@Enter-QA@Com
