Yes, it's true!. It's sad but true!. I don't know why Ken Corday (the executive producer of DOOL) insists on ruining his parents' show!. With all of the young, newbie, pointless characters (like Melanie) dominating the screen why not get rid of them and keep the veterans!? I know John and Marlena make the most, but with firing a bunch of newbies I'm sure that would also help them save salary as well as keeping fan favorites!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
Yes, they are killing Days!. They have cut the old characters and brought all these new people in that no one cares about!. I TIVO the show and skip all those stories and save a lot of time!. What good is cutting your budget when you lose your fan base!. They have screwed with John and Marlena for so long, now fire them!. I will quit watching and someday if they do come back I will watch again!. Sad, I have watched for 35 years and will miss my 2nd family!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
From what I understand, DAYS has to cut costs!. So , rather than let go of some of the lesser characters, they are dismissing two of the best , who just happen to have the higher salaries!. There go the ratings down the toilet!. End of DAYS, I think!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I agree with you because they are two of the best actors that show has and two of the longest ones there too, so I don't understand how they can let them go!.
