I'm sorry, I don't watch Heroes so I can't answer that part of your question unfortunately but as for Supernatural!.!.!.!.
Basically, I think the confusing point of last Thursday's episode was - who's side was Dean really on!? We discovered what happened to Dean while he was in Hell and also that he was stuck there for forty years!. I think that Dean basically realised that Anna was a good person but he betrayed her to Castiel and Uriel to save Sam and because I think he felt he needed forgiveness because of what Alistair forced him to do in Hell and I think he thought that betraying Anna to Castiel and Uriel was the way to do that!. But probably, as usual, the first thought in his head was to protect Sam and if that meant betraying Anna or Castiel or anybody else, he would do it to save his brother!.
