A girl on IMDB, is trying to say Ruby is number 1 on both of the Winchester's list!.
UM, I do not think so, that's ridiculous to even say!.!.!.MAYBE Sam's list, but I HIGHLY doubt that even!.!.!.
Dean would do anything for sam!.!.!.and i dont think ruby is more important to dean than his OWN brother is!.!.!.he couldnt live without sam,
im pretty sure he could live without ruby !.!.!.lol
dean would give up his life to save sam again, in a heartbeat!.!.he wouldnt do it for ruby!.!.or for anna

I think you're right that Sam is definitely the most important person in Dean's life!. I think Dean betrayed Anna because he felt he needed forgiveness for what he was forced to do while he was in Hell and I think he thought that betraying Anna to Castiel and Uriel was the way to do that!.
In terms of Ruby, I think she has become an important part of Sam's life, more so than she was in season 3 because she saved Sam's life while Dean was in Hell and they have grown much closer but if it ever came to a choice between her and Dean, then I think Sam would always choose Dean first over anybody else and vice versa!. I'm not sure if Dean would be as quick to give up his life for Sam again considering what he endured in Hell!. I think he would probably die for Sam but he would probably hesitate if it meant going back to Hell again because after all, he spent 40 years there being tortured *sob* poor Dean :*(
So I don't agree that Ruby is No!. 1 on both of the Winchester's list!. I think she is useful to them but when it comes down to it, the brothers have a really strong bond that Ruby certainly can't break!. She might feature on Sam's radar but not Dean's!. I totally agree with you that Dean would do anything for Sam and Ruby would NEVER be more important to either Sam or Dean and I don't think Dean would ever sacrifice himself for anybody else except Sam and definitely not Ruby or Anna - even if he did sleep with Anna!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
