GH Why do they Make Nadines role out to be so Dumb?!

I like Nadine, and they give her those quirky storylines for comic relief!. Shes not dumb, like any girl in love shes just a little clueless!.
Im sure once sweeps is over and the show gets a little less intense, they will bone up her character!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

At first I thought she was funny with all of her "Aunt Rayleen" stuff but once she and Nikolas slept together, WOW, they really dialed up the silly notch with that girl!. She kind of reminds me of Spinelli in a way because he misinterprets stuff alot too and jumps to conclusions as well but she is much much worse!. Remember when Spinelli was in the hospital and Dr!. Hunter wanted to run tests on him because he thought Spinelli had some sort of mental problem!? I forget what he said it may be but anyway, now I think that is the case with Nadine!. I agree with Lisa S!. Perhaps she is a little nuts and being involved with Nikolas will stress her out to the point where she ultimately flips out and winds up right next to her sister!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I guess they figure they needed an airhead on the show or something!. Or maybe they were aiming for charmingly quirky!? All I know is, she does not act like a normal, grown woman, so they missed whatever it is they were aiming for!. She comes off as gushing, stammering infant!. I wouldn't mind her character so much if the would tone down the stupid a little!. Sheesh!.

And I wonder how well Nurse Romper Room actually does her job!. If she's always jumping to conclusions about everything, what does she tell her patients when they are sick!? I shudder to think!. If she can barely have a conversation w/a guy she likes, what happens if one of her patients is some hot guy or something!? I mean, they hardly ever show her keeping it together in her personal life, so who knows how she manages that at work!? I can see how she would be good as a pediatric nurse but I honestly can't imagine having someone like her as a nurse for grown ups!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well if you'll remember I think it was her sister that was a killer or something and she's already started getting jealous of Nicholas and saying crazy weird dumb things so maybe it runs in the family!. They may end up making her out to be a crazy psycho fatal attraction!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't think she is so much dumb as she is socially challenged!. And I don't really know if that is the right way to say it because she does fine with everyone other than Nicholas!. Maybe she is just relationship challenged!. She doesn't handle her romantic life well!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I am not a fan of Nadine!. Although her character is nice, she is otherwise, quite vapid and really annoying!. I think her and Nikolas are not a great match and there isn't that chemistry between them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
