It was probably degrassi junior high or degrassi high, the canadian teen series!. There is a character named joey jeremiah in degrassi:the next generation, but he is an adult, so the other series portray him as a teenager!. I believe it used to be broadcast on pbs in america in the late 80s to early 90s!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
