well if your a mom then take some of your time and go to a spa or somthing get a back rub with some friends if you cant afford or you not a mom then go for a walk alone somewhere you find safe and quiet as for me i go hiking but if your a father then go out with the guys have a few then come home if you don't drink then go out with the guys but don't drink just go dance or somthing like that!.
