Hey arnold! does anybody know this episode?!

does anybody know what the episode is called in hey arnold when arnold is fighting a bully!. they are in t he middle of the street and everyone is gathered watching!. arnold shows up wiht a boombox and starts playing a song "dont hit me ill hit me!" acts crazy dancing and weirds the bully out!.
