Question: Now David Tennant has announced he is quitting as Dr Who then how will it end and who will replace him!?

I think it will almost certainly be David Morrissey!.
This year's Christmas episode "The Next Doctor", certainly seems like a great opportunity to introduce the 11th Doctor before Tennant leaves the role, and Steven Moffat will certainly be glad of a familiar face to smooth the transition into his series in 2010!. So I think David Morrissey will be the 11th Doctor!.
I read a rumour some time ago (can't remember where now) that the 10th Doctor will be quite a bit older in the 2009 specials, and many years will have passed since he left Donna!. That could be true now!. The 2009 specials will certainly be leading up to the 10th Doctor's regeneration in the last one (probably to be shown on New Years day 2010)!.
So I think the likelihood is that David Morrissey really will be the next Doctor!.

I am so unbelievably bummed out by this news, it's ridiculous!. I think the only TV news that would depress me more would be John Barrowman leaving Torchwood!.
I'm hoping they give David as good a send-off as they gave Christopher Eccleston - fight against a galatic enemy, saving the Earth at the same time!. I wish it could be another big joint episode, with the Torchwood team, Sarah Jane, Rose and Martha all back again - but they just did that!. It would probably be too soon for another big crossover episode!.
As far as the next Doctor - I have no idea! The one person who Russel T Davies mentioned (at least once) is Patterson Joseph (Who fans will remember him as the whiny Roderick in Bad Wolf and the Parting of the Ways)!. I hope it's not him!. I don't know the actor - but I think I would have a hard time accepting an actor who already played a role on Doctor Who as the new Doctor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
