In last season's episode, remember when Lucas was at his first book signing, and Peyton went to visit him, but then Peyton walked into the store and saw Lucas with Lindsey and thought they were together!. She was really mad so she hooked up with Julian and had sex!. He didn't know that Peyton was Lucas' wife until he saw her!. Julian simply thought Lucas' high school life was interesting, so he wants to make a movie, but it was a coincidence that Peyton and Julian met again!.
