In the parody sylar visits the home of an old man named "uncle glen" uncle glen was preforming that trick you fake to remove your thumb!. Uncle glen then get's up to get a beer, sylar then says "removing your thumb uncle glen, that is a power i must have"!. He does the usual chops of his brain blah blah blah!.!.!. and just as he's leaving they show the house in the backround in the window the mom of the kids ask, "have you seen uncle glen" they say no and the mom say "oh he must be having one of his explosive diarea attack"!. Sylar then runs off in pain saying "sometimes these powers backfire"!.
My description of it doesn't make that funny seeing it for youself unforunately i couldn't find a working video with the scene in it all of them were youtube clips and the video has been removed!. But at least you can see how it might have started
