Question: Where is the line drawn between a standard sex scene and porn!?

I mean, you see sex scenes on most mainstream tv programmes and obviously they're not classified as porn, otherwise they would be clamped down by the censors!.

My question is!.!.!. where is the line drawn!? When does it stop being a standard sex scene and start being porn!?

I refer to sex scenes as seen in "Sex and the City", "The L Word" and a multitude of other mainstream programmes that are shown on tv without fear of being clamped down by the censors!?
