I saw it on Nickelodeon (I think) about 12 or fifteen years ago!. There were these pumpkins who didn't like anything green, so they turned this green witch pink and did something to her green garden!. It was narrated by an owl!. I found a movie called "The Witch who Turned Pink!." The descriptions says, "The story of a little witch who turns a shocking shade of pink and the creatures of Witch Forest who try to help her regain her real color!." The run time is about 30 minutes!. Does this sound right!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
