In my opinion i never really like 24, though i have been deciding whether to watch the previous season!. As for prison break the first 3 season were great this season well it's just boring and annoying!.
Anywas here is a list that are thrillers and that match that same type of intensity of 24 and prison break!. Fair warning though some of these show are from previous decades, but i've seen most of them and i wasn't disappointed!.

This doesn't fit into those categories well it does, but despite all the chuck noris a$$ kicking that goes on in this show!. It just seems like a joke compared to the others above!.

Smallville and Heroes kicks butt -- but if you're not into the superhero thing, then watch LOST!. That show will just drive you friggin mad to the point where you want to throw out the TV because you will NEVER figure out an answer to a question!. But this is a good thing if you like DRAMA!. :-)
