Question: The BBC Office, or NBC Office!?
Me, I love them both!. I discovered The Office from Gervais/Merchant and the BBC version!.!.!.watched every episode and was convinced nothing could ever be funnier!.!.!.!.but Carell and Co!. have blown me away with how good the NBC version has become!.!.!.I know it's EP'd by Gervais, but there has NEVER been a "stitch off", "based on", "influenced by", whatever you want to call it!.!.!.!.that's been so well done as the U!.S!. "tribute"!.!.!.!.!.and it IS a tribute to Gervais's genius!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Having been able to watch both (thank you BBCAmerica), I think I preferred the British version since the American version is going too much for the laughs!. There seems to be more pathos in the Brit version!.
Speaking of adaptations, thanks to BBCAmerica, I fell in love with Life on Mars and now we have an American version that takes place in New York City, again in 1973, but its not the same!. I watch it, but I really liked the British version better!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have never seen the British version of The Office and that's why I prefer the American version!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
