Well I know that Karen's mom died when she was 12 years old and that she carried some kind of gene that caused her disease, and she passed the gene onto Karen and Karen is afraid if she were to have kids she could pass the same gene onto her kids, that is why Karen doesn't want to have kids!. I havent heard anything about a new Dru or anything so that is the only secret that I know of that Olivia would know about Karen, because Karen has not told Neil anything about it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It has to do with Cancer, i remember she was telling Victoria once when they were in the office and Karen was holding Victoria's baby, and Vikki told her that she looked good with a baby, and asked her if she would want to have any kids, and she told her about some sort of Cancer that her mom had, and may have passed on to her, or something like that!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know, but it could be something pertaining to Dru, I can't think of anything else she'd have to say that could affect all of them!. I mean it could also be the return of her son Nate Jr!. (whom I hope to God will not be portrayed by Kadeem Hardison as it was once said), but of course they know he exists!.
