what is the rule they are talking about when Bailey and the chief are talking about the donors wanting to quit and they say they are not aloud to talk them into it!. can you also explain if this is a real rule and the reasons behind it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Basically it's saving themselves from a lawsuit!. If a donor wants to back out and is pushed into donating by a doctor, nurse or hospital staff, they could potentially sue later on down the road, saying the hospital forced them to donate the kidney and they could probably get thousands, if not millions, off dollars from the hospital, potentially bankrupting a them!.

The doctors are not allowed to voice their opinions because of the potential consequences, and also because their opinions could venture into the patients' lives!.
