im a chef too and i would love to have the chance to work with him!. he is a genious!. ok so he gets a bit irate sometimes, but the people he yells at should know better!. i can see why he gets angry!. some of the people he tries to help need to be knocked off their clouds and rejoin the real world!. :-)Www@Enter-QA@Com
I like him a lot - he is very in your face but it's clearly because he cares so much about food!. I think it's natural for people to expect that he'll come in and make an excuse that has nothing to do with them about why their restaurant is failing when how can it not be about them!? I know that there are owners who go on the show for the money and are happy with what they're doing and figure it's a matter of time before business picks up with their system - that's not how business works!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
No, I think chef Ramsey is a self righteous ***!. There are other ways to be honest with out being "in your face"!. Belittling people is not the way!. However, if he weren't such an *** then he wouldn't have a TV show!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
