Cuddy and Wilson watch him leave, puzzled!.!.!. and then it cuts to Thirteen in her bedroom looking towards nothing in particular with forlorn expression on her face, and then an unknown blonde-haired woman starts kissing her!.!.!. and she kisses back, indicating that she's still engaging in risky behavior, spiraling lower and lower]
