Because she's finally getting what she wants!.!.!. she's HAPPY!.!.!. and he doesn't know how to react to that!.
He said twice in the same episode: "If YOU'RE happy, I'M!.!.!."
And then he never finishes the sentence!.
It basically means that when other people are happy, he doesn't know how to react!. Happiness is so foreign to him that when his friends are happy, he doesn't know how to handle it!.
Oh, by the way, it appears that House & Cuddy are going to kiss in the next new episode!. Whoa!Www@Enter-QA@Com
