Zack's the sperm donor and she got pregnant via InVitro Fertilization!. Zack agreed to be the sperm donor to help Bianca continue the Cambias bloodline but Bianca didn't bother to tell Zack that the invitro fertilization process was a success and of course Kendall has no clue of any of it!.
