when in doubt, ask someone what pronoun they prefer to go by!. gender ambiguous people get treated pretty badly in society!. asking in a respectful way how someone identifies (what is your gender identity, what pronouns do you use!?) is not offensive!. its the way you ask the question, where you're coming from!.
onch was being a drama queen at the amusement park - that's kind of just how he is!. and he is terrified of going on rides, especially roller coasters!. i think it is more fair to say that he was asking like a "baby" instead of saying he was acting like a b**** or a f** or even saying he is acting like a "girl"!.
