Each mentor has made mistakes with their artists through choice of song or presentation !.!. I can't see the point in replacing Louis when he's obviously got the experience to know what sort of act will or wont appeal to the younger generation!. It's all a learning curve anyway and others will indeed learn from the relatively few hiccups!.
I like XFactor, but I can never appreciate the filtering system of the contestants !.!. surely amongst the thousands that got turned away there would have been at least a handful of hopefuls that could have put on an equally if not better display of talent than these finalists!.
Having said that, it's not as if these have been chosen for their looks is i,t so they must have something !.!. (dunno what)

Even though i can't stand the Man,!.!.i would say get Johnathan Ross to be on the Panel!
He will definitely liven up the Show with his witty/Rude comments and probably be quite horrible to the Contestants!
