Finally found it, took me awhile!.
"Death Has A Shadow" is the first time the shoulder angel and devil show up, but the one you're looking for is actually "Ready, Willing, and Disabled"!.
They argue about whether Peter should do the right thing and cheer Joe up about losing the crook!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
