well the only shows i know between these are it crowd scrubs and becker for the it crowd its an awesome show even tho its british and i dont usually go for all the british comedy there is no show that would be as funny as scrubs and i dont know any shows that relate to becker in any way but how i met your mother is an awesome comedy ut you have to watch it from season 1 to get the storyline you can download it by torrents from mininova!.com
and the it crowd is having a thired season getting filmed now so if you like it dont worry cause its still going strong!
but i really recommend how i met your mother its in season4 now but if you watch the first seasons you'll get it
