The "poem" Abby recited is actually Bible verses!. In the beginning of the episode she read Job 3: 23-26, and at the end of the episode Job 38: 16-19 from the New International Version (NIV)!. I have transcribed her exact reading below!.

Not sure!. The episode was entitled "The Book of Abby" Another person asked about it and they say its from Psalms!.
I'm not up to par on the Bible so I didn't recognize what she was reciting!.
