Does anyone know who did this comedy routine?!

It's the one that starts with the guy who has a big meeting in the morning and he's going out for a drink with his buddies and he thinks "as long as I get 8 hours of sleep I'm fine!." Next think you know it's one a!.m!. and someone's buying shots and he's thinking "as long as I get 3 solid hours then I'm good to go!." Its ends up with the sun coming up over a bar in Mexico!.
