Question: Can you legally mock a commercial!?
I see it all the time in movies and on TV shows!.!.!.!.How would you not be sued from this!? Take FG (family guy for example)!. They are mocking TRIX (cereal), and have the spelling to TRIXX and different colors aswell in the cereal!.!.!.
So by that wouldn't you just have to change things around lke spelling, logos, logo shapes, and charaters to make a mock commercial!?!?!?

Its kind of like copyright infringement!. You cant use an item exactly as it is in real life, if you change it and put your own spin on it then its OK!. Unless you cause damage or are out to hurt someone, then it can be libel or slander!. But if its changed enough to know that they are not involved and causes no harm, generally its OK!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
