Pbs show sort of old not that old i guess?!

it was with some little girl and she had a big pet idk if it was supposed to be a monster or what but she had short red hair, all i can think of is her looking like starwberry shortcake!. anyway her monster friend or whatever was yellow and had red dots and i think in one of the episodes they have to look for his spots because he lost them or something!. i looked on the pbs website and its not listed there anymore!. thanksWww@Enter-QA@Com
