Did you like Kenley from Project Runway Season 5?!
Question: Did you like Kenley from Project Runway Season 5!?
Did you think she was a copy-cat designer!? Don't you think she should have studied the History of Fashion!? Don't you also think Kenley should have been in tune with what other Designers were bringing to the Runway!? I was a Fashion Design student for awhile and that was ONE of the most important things about being part of the Business!. What did you think of her attitude!? Did you think she was being RUDE or just being a Strong women!? Who is happy she didn't WIN!? All three are winners for making it all the way to Finale! Www@Enter-QA@Com

From the very beginning, I have thought Kenley was the best designer of them all!. If you watch the entire season, she is the only one who stepped outside her comfort zone and actually followed each of the challenges!.
I am tired of hearing "copy-cat", because let's face it, all fashion is copied from somewhere!. There really is no such thing as original today!.
Leann stuck to the same thing every time, over and over, as did Kato!.
In regards to her attitude, had she been a guy, she would have been called assertive!. When women have attitude and stand up for things, they are considered rude!.

I don't believe she's a copy-cat designer her attitude got the best of her that's all!. Part of being a professional is to listen to the critique that is given to you no matter how harsh it might seem!. I have to say that I found her collection to be somewhat forgettable!.
The only piece that I could remember/liked was that black skirt with the green shuffled top because it was actually we have (or at least) not seen before!. Can we all agree that her wedding gown looked similar to the one in Sex and The City!?

I can't say anything about FASHION (hey, I'm Retired Military -- so as you can surmise -- I don't know a thing about Fashion at all!) !.!.!.
BUT !.!.!. I can say this -- I did watch a few minutes one day -- and the Male (Tim Gunn!?) who seems to be very personable, kind, nice !.!. provided a lot of good ideas to those competing (that seemed to be helpful)!.
HER 'attitude' was nasty !.!.!. disrespectful !.!. IF you do NOT want to take 'suggestions' from someone who seems to know more about what you are doing -- FINE !.!. just do NOT vocalize your 'problems' !.!. say THANK YOU !.!.!. and respect the person for being in the same profession as you are!.

I thought Kenley had a much better line than Leanne!. Leanne should have been in 3rd with her boring line!. She only had one dress in there that look pretty!. I don't think Kenley is a copy cat designer either!. I saw the dress they were saying she copied and it has a totally different cut and design!. I think Kenley did a beautiful job and though she didn't win she should be proud at how far she came!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think she had a very strong personality !.!.!.and was edited to become the villain,the character everyone loves to hate!. She is talented!. Her clothing was very wearable (not all of it)!. Everyone got to be very high-school in the end and it was just as wrong for the rest of them to gang up on her as it was for her to verbally step on some toes!.
I just think she is high strung and says things without thinking!. No big deal really!. She has to be strong and opinionated to exist in fashion - it is a rough business!. Do you think Michael Kors, Cynthia Rowley, Betsy Johnson or Anna Sui aren't tough as nails too!? They all do their one particular "look" and they think it is the right/only one!. Leanne made beautiful (although unwearable) garments that all looked the same!. One after another same thing!. Girly, with a motherload of fussy pleats!. Although her wedding dress was truly lovely/stunning!.
I don't think Kenely intentionally copycatted designs!. That feather dress was hardly original when McQueen did it - it's a 50's silhouette and goes all the way back to swan lake!.!.!.!.She is aware that it's a widely watched TV show after all!. Honestly, there really aren't many original ideas in fashion!. Leanne's love of pleating reminds me of 80s Japanese fashion with it's origami shapes!. I have seen petal designed dresses as well!.
I was rooting for Korto - but I did not love her runway show!. She was strong all season!. But honestly, out of all of them, I would buy and wear Kenely's stuff!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
