Yeah, I think we can be pretty sure!. Technically there's nothing banning a geisha from having sex with her clients, but given how much time they spend at a single party (a few hours at least), how many parties they go to in one night (it can vary but usually two or three), how complicated their costumes are (they need professionals to help them get dressed), how complicated their makeup is, the fact that they spend all day in lessons or practice sessions!.!.!.there really isn't much chance for them to sleep with anyone!. A client certainly isn't going to be able to pay a geisha for sex!.
